L'Aurore Leather Return Policy

Within 15 days from the time of receipt of your purchased leather item, if your item (s) was faulty please email our customer services team laurore.leather.au@gmail.com for explaining return policy case by case.

All returned items must retain all of its original packaging. We do not accept worn, used, altered or damaged goods.

You must have the original invoice that you received with your order.

All items purchased online must be returned by post with a return note of your full details for an exchange to the address below only:
